It was a small band but enthusiastic which formed up after 1:45 pm Friday and danced from 2 pm to 2:30 pm holding signs urging everyone to dance where ever they are. Drivers honked and smiled then drove on.

Dance Anywhere (See: http://www.DanceAnywhere.org) is a yearly even started by Beth Fein in 2005. Little by little it is adding locations each year. The Kansas City event was a bit late to start and the emails for participant went out just the other day but next year, well, that should be bigger, maybe a lot.

This year the small size gave it a cozy fun aspect. Just wait...
