UMKC Opera Videos for Cast Members

raked stage

Please Note: The purchase-page links below are not for open orders.

These pages are provided for the cast members (and families) to order copies of their performances.
Please respect that because I don't have any good way to check on you if you purchase one of these videos from me.

Not that there has ever been a rush on anything, never more than a handful of orders, but these are "in-the-family" videos, so to speak.
Thanks to all, Mike Strong.

No cast/crew video or photos at the moment.

The conservatory now has an objection with any sales at the moment.

Sorry all.

Videos above were shot in "HiDef" (HD) with a 16:9 (wide) screen ratio
Videos below were shot in "standard def" (SD) with a 4:3 screen ratio

Any actual DVD is always standard def (720x480 resolution). Depending on your player and/or television, those DVDs with wide screen formats may be "upscaled" to 1920x1080. Upscaling does not actually increase resolution (although it may use sharpening and clarifying methods to look better) but instead uses interpolation to create new pixels between actual recorded pixels to fill out the picture to resemble actual BluRay or HiDef file output.

4:3 (720x480 standard def)

The works below were shot with standard definition (SD) digital equipment (4:3 screen ratio)
