16:9 (wide screen, HiDef)

Videos above were shot in "HiDef" (HD) with a 16:9 (wide) screen ratio
Videos below were shot in "standard def" (SD) with a 4:3 screen ratio
The actual DVD is always standard def (720x480 resolution). Depending on your player and/or television, those DVDs with wide screen formats may be "upscaled" to 1920x1080. Upscaling does not actually increase resolution but instead creates new pixels between recorded pixels to fill out the picture to resemble actual BluRay or HiDef file output.
