This was a debut performance of the group Al Andaluz with jazz, turkish and flamenco music, at bar Natasha (1911 Main St). Al Andaluz is composed of Beau Bledsoe and Oud and Guitar, Mark Southerland on horns, Hector Aguirre on guitar and percussion and Fernando Achúcarro on percussion with Zhanna Saparova dancing Flamenco. Bledsoe and Saparova are married.
The performance was about two hours, starting a little after 8pm. The musicians played all through the set. Saparova danced eight pieces within the set, each with a costume change.
