"Is It Jazz?" - The Bellydance Shoot

"Is It Jazz?" is a new short film (video, really) produced by Fred Weems

There were a number of sessions, including recording sessions and a black shoot and a white shoot.
These are pictures from the bellydance shoot in St. Joseph - 3 May 2009

Weems, a pilot, musician, lawyer, teacher, filmmaker, ... (last film "Pattycake") intends to be working this short on the film circuit by August 2008.
He is exploring mixing jazz and middle eastern music for commonalities.
