Quincy's

Quincy's is on the east side of Kansas City, east of I-435 and on the north side of I-70 at Blue Ridge Cutoff, just across from the stadiums for the Kansas City Royals baseball team and the Kansas City Chiefs football team.

This pictures shows the main dance floor early on a Wednesday evening during "Way Back Wednesday." The white board, which is in front of the band stand, is used to record calls for "DICKO" (a BINGO game with oldies-95 DJ Dick Wilson). A band plays later.

Here is another view of the dance floor area, from the next level and the other side. The two square posts supporting the cover with disco lights over the dance floor show clearly. The furnishings are very nice with rich wood throughout.
