This was the 30th anniversary of the Ethnic Enrichment Commission in Kansas City which was founded in 1980.

Rose Marie Mendez - at the Mexico Table - our gracious host for the evening. Rose Marie is the currrent chairperson of the Ethnic Enrichment Commission and gave the welcome speech. Rose Marie heads the Fiesta Mexicana dance troupe.
