Toi has been a dance competitor, and ballroom, Latin, swing teacher since the 70's. She has literally taught thousands of students. When she began working with the KC Swing Club as their resident instructor their were sometimes only a handful of students. Today, the swing club has more than 750 actives on their mailing list and membership numbers are close to 2,000 (the number your membership is given when you sign up as a new or lapsed member.

She teaches also through Walters Dance Center where she gives private lessons.
