Kirstie McDermott performs a backbend to pick up a butterfly ring. She starts by placing the ring on the floor, then turns around and does a complete (and smooth) backbend. Then, with hands flat on floor she picks up the ring in her mouth, returning upright, then turning around, removing the ring and showing it to us.
