So, there is no formal organization 'running the show' but mainly just dedicated dancers working together. It is an enterprise self-funded through ticket sales and sponsorships. Hopes are always that it will break even or get away with a few hundred extra as seed money for the next event. Whether formally incorporated or not, exchanges are non-profit events.
